A tiger (obviously), taken with the Nikon 1 V1 with the 1 Nikkor VR 30-110mm f/3.8-5.6 @ 1/125s, f6.3, ISO640.
This is shot through a piece of pretty dirty glass so there are spots where the tiger's spots are a bit soft. I really wanted to go place an 18% grey card next to the tiger so that I could get the white balance perfect, but alas the glass was in the way.
I've pushed the greens and blues back a notch in saturation so that the full awesomeness of the kitty can show through. It's nice to carry around a nearly 300mm equivalent in a tiny package.
For comparison, my wife took a similar photo with the Panasonic GH2 and 100-300mm f/4.0-5.6 @ 100mm, 1/640s, f5.6, ISO1600. Check it out:

She did less processing than me so it's not an apples to apples, but I prefer her shot for the better OOF areas and what looks to be a generally sharper overall photo.
